Winter wears its own top hat as it dances in with the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. With the New Year upon us, it's time to unwind and enjoy your inner peace and contentment that winter brings before it slowly fades into history one more time. I live on Onalaska Wisconsin with my husband and two Shih Tzu. I've been writing for over 12 year and get much of my inspiration from family and living life to its fullest. My very first published piece was a poem I called, A PAIR OF WINGS. This poem can now be found in the second edition of my angel poetry book titled MY EVERYDAY ANGELS. I went on to write a second specialty poetry book on Gold Prospecting. Both poetry books have been revised and reprinted as second editions and can be found at the Book Binder Press, www.binderpress.com and or on Smashwords.
When I'm not writing I am working with my blind Shih Tzu Shah'kah. Taking on a blind dog led me to write a book about the first two years of our life together. The book is titled, BLIND LEADING THE BLIND Living in a Blind Dog's World. If you are an animal lover, you will enjoy our story.
